Pros
The company has a clear focus on shopper research, which gives it an opportunity to position itself as a specialist in that space. For someone who wants to build deep experience in shopper insights, category/shopper behaviour, there may be relevant learning opportunities.
Cons
Weak role clarity and poor escalation discipline; team members often bypassed appropriate reporting lines, which created confusion and reflected an immature working culture. Management style felt top-down, with limited transparency. Limited onboarding and no training materials. Lack of innovation - they are not doing something that clients do not know.
