      Good opportunity to learn the basics of the ISP industry working in a NOC environment. Great opportunity if are have recently graduated or simply done the CCNA /JNCIA certification.

      Cons

      Salary is less than sufficient and the workload is significant. Extreme micro management.

      Good learning environment for career growth Opportunities to move forward within the company Good technical exposure with a nationwide network. Working along both carriers and customer engineers Great social events for the staff

      Cons

      Lower salary compared to the average Fidelity (year with the company) is rewarded over knowledge and hard work Non-technical managers struggle to pass and keep technical knowledge among the team with leavers and new starters.
