Pros

Good starting job. Nice kitchen. Good food locations nearby. Hybrid options. My manager was an absolute star and genuine lovely person. Thirsty thursdays - free alcohol Met some great friends that I still speak to from that company

Cons

CEO needs to retire. Overuns meetings by sometimes hours with waffle and random tangents hhhh. Strong nepotism. Salary is not strong for a London job (compared to other salaries around the area for same position) Unacheivable KPIs.
