      - Career growth - Flexible hours

      Cons

      - Unfit leadership, with lack of strategy and guidance, change strategies and leadership every few months - Compensation is under market value - Sadly the pre-existing company culture is not there anymore. Currently, they value dodgy behaviour and employees that are not ambitious and don't think for themselves

      Pros

      Amazing people, great cross-functional collaboration, even with a team so scattered across the globe.

      Cons

      Things were never the same after the first merger and then taking over from Kape. Job security went out the window, that sense of working for a premium brand was just not there anymore.

      - Lots of cool projects to get involved with - Autonomy to get things done - Collaborative and supportive culture - Safe environment to make mistakes; focus is on learning from the mistakes and making improvements going forward rather than who actually made it - Open communication across the company; kept informed on what's going on and there's a big focus on providing feedback at all levels

      Cons

      Lack of benefits in the UK but it will likely change at some point as the company establishes itself as an employer in the market. Organisation in the UK is still relatively small and HR team was recently hired locally. Good salary makes up for it.
