      Cons

      No different than Mafia... Absolutely corrupt unethical discriminatory inhumane treatment of humans, specifically Annual Ranking and Performance System. Typical soul-less corporation gaslighting everyone.

      Coworkers are good people and try to make the best of the crappy situation that ExxonMobil has become.

      Cons

      Constant reduction in employee benefits while executives continue to increase their compensation. Executives offshoring jobs to India. Clear push to eliminate job security by executives. Those who are not hipos are treated as second class citizens.
