      Pros

      Many different clients - management trust - no micromanagement - a developing product to sell.

      Cons

      Covid prevented the normal mixing but the company coped well considering.

      Pros

      Had one of the nicest teams that I ever worked with. Young and working people.

      Cons

      The indifference of the management and all te discrepancies between departments. A department tht was used to work from home, they would refuse to give at least one or two days from home. Bad salary taking in consideration all the shifts that you go through.

      I could not find any pros.

      Cons

      Lots of changing the priorities, they have no process set. They never keep their promises and everything is improvised and cheaply done.
