      FEE can do everything but not motivate their employees

      - vacation pay - christmas bonus - flexitime

      Cons

      - the company tries to sanction all employees when they are sick. in this company everything that has to do with bonus payments is made dependent on the sick days employee motivation works differently! - the way we deal with customers in the IT sector is horrible. Customers fear for their existence and change IT service providers. - many department heads/team leader positions are held by unqualified employees
