The environment is terrible. The familial dynamic within this company creates an atmosphere of fear of speaking up when things are noticeably wrong. There's no standard way of doing things - there's only the boss's way or else you're 'wrong.' Processes seem to change from day to day which makes it extremely exhausting to find the energy to want to care about the work you do.
