Pros

- Free shuttle bus to office from station - Flexi Hours (However you are made to feel guilty when using them) - Pension Scheme

Cons

- Low wage - Risk of redundancy every 6 months -Not the best place for a graduate, no support just thrown in the deep end. - People are given 2 day in office manager roles - this means the assistants are left doing all the work without the title or pay 5 days a week. - No progression even though your position is stretched - Expected to go above and beyond without any recognition - Can't just do your job but always need to take on more to 'get noticed' - Time is waisted on pointless meetings - Not enough resources - Travel bans every month
