Pros

Remote Solid hours Growth culture Supportive leaders I’m subcontracted out most of the time so I have consistent hours

Cons

Growing pains Company has acquired a lot of other companies so trying to blend it into a cohesive org. If they pull it off it could be great potential

Pros

Remote working = no commute

Cons

Frequent shuffles in C-level management and periodic cleaning house when project flow doesn’t support headcount creates a disruptive work environment. F2 was sold to an investor and they hire greener/cheaper staff that is overly confident and can’t deliver. Client satisfaction suffers. Because they need to satisfy shareholder ROI before employee bonuses, don’t expect much. Not enough work plus a bonus structure based on performance means people climb over each other to prove themselves. The infighting is next level. There are some smart people but they have tight cliques they work with. They sound like they know what they’re doing but it is smoke and mirrors. Won’t be surprised when F2 folds like a house of cards.
