Pros
FEH is an employee owned company, so they are constantly looking to better the experience for all employees. They understand lifes unpredictabilities, and the importantance of a healthy work-life balance. I have been very satisfied with the work, the people, and the policies. It's a flexible & positive work environment. Salary is also competitive.
Cons
Project loads can get heavy, and you may be asked to work overtime when needed. Working from home is not common. Work-life balance could be reassessed.
