Projects that you can potentially get involved with and the experience taught me a lot about what I don’t want in an employer and work place
Cons
There is a strong “sales first” mentality that often created situations I felt were ethically questionable. I personally experienced pressure to prioritize closing deals over doing what I believed was right for the client. This environment did not align with my values and ultimately made it difficult to continue working there. In my opinion Very resistant to change and ideas and want people who say yes and don’t challenge the status quo and their ideas or morales (ways of doing things)
