      Pros

      Freedom when compared to MNC harassment culture, Freshers can work for experience (max 1 year).

      Cons

      No hikes, No work recognition, No promotions for hard working employees, Only those who lick shoes of managers & reporting managers will get good hikes even if they don't work, If people are there for long period they will lose career, Never believe reporting managers or managers or high level management(ceo,coo,vp,avp) promises & reviews in glassdoor as all they are cheaters.
