      Flexibility and autonomy in the organization of my deployment projects. Offices in a cool environment.

      Cons

      The product was not evolving in line with what the business demanded. Too much time was wasted on UX. Drifting management.

      Products are promising. Needs improvement here and there, perfection always needed. Technologies never stagnant.

      Cons

      Confusion among the management hence the product improvement is very slow. Also the after sales service not work well. Management cannot accept critics.
