Fma summits is a High commission, high pace sales job, that's very lucrative! Lots of opportunity for growth and making lots of money!! Best part is this is my first sales job I actually believe in the service we sell.
Cons
Fma summits is a job that finally pays me what I'm worth. The management wants me to succeed and guides me every step of the way.
Working at FMA is aimed towards team building. After six months working here I feel that everyone is part of one family. Since it is a close nit working environment, one can prove themselves as long as they work hard and take responsibility. I have been able to grow a lot within the company in just six months. I am in one of the people in charge of a new department here and was able to take on greater responsibility. The management and president of the company work closely to train and develop the talent of people
Cons
Some people find it challenging to work here as sales take you out of your comfort zone. However, this is when I started growing both as an employee and a person. Although the base salary here is not competitive, there is no cap on commission and there is room to making a lot of money.
