      - Excellent subject matter expertise within their fields. So if you value learning or deep diving into those fields, or practicing your craft, it could be a good place to work. - Good social environment - Slow paced (for those who like that)

      Cons

      - Some people are very "stuck" in their old ways and not very interested in making new connections nor interacting with others. - Pressure to be billable if you are a consultant. - Mediocre compensation
