1) Unprofessional, My Company-My Rules mentality CEO.
1A) There is no hirearchy, ceo involves in everything.
2) Pay-structure - Give you a Extra salary than demanded but keeps a big chuck of CTC in variable and fixed bonus manner and variable will be deducted beyond imagination by giving any in-justified reasons. And if you have resigned and completed 6 or 12 months during notice period then zero variable bonus will be paid and no guarantee of paying fix bonus as well.
3) PF and EPF deduction is only 1800+1800 and both are inclusive of CTC
4) Horrible management structure.
5) No any formal HR policies and entire e2e decision will be taken by CEO only, which will be only beneficial for company.
6) Employees will be treated as slaves. CEO thinks that he has done favour on employee by offering the job.
7)Poor and weak HR who does not know the meaning of HR. Just nod the head and that's it. HR has no decision making authority. He is just a puppet in the hands of un-ethical, un-professional CEO.
8)Even tax and TDS management is poor as they don't have any special in-house accounts dept. CEO only do the salary payments.
9) If there will be any doubts regarding taxation CEO asks external CA of the company and he will reply you as per his convenience.
10)CEO will always keep a watch on employees like who is going out for tea/snacks/on phone calls for how much time as he don't have any fruitful work to do.
11)Not many clients and no direction towards one thing. Constantly switch in ideas.
11) No job security. Many hire and fire. IF YOU WANT TO RISK YOUR CAREER THEN JOIN THIS COMPANY.
