      Good hours and nice manager, but high stress environment

      Pros

      Good hours available, nice manager and 2 IC. Living wage.

      Cons

      Area manager is there a lot which increases stress levels of everyone, store is constantly moving around. The amount of products produced is insane. There is never space to put new clothes out. The store is always dusty. Air con doesn't work so it's so hot in summer. Casual workers are unreliable and don't do the job well

      Pros

      No pros and no "staff discount" or "incentives" were extremely limited and were a waste of money This being said, through the workplace truama I did meet my bestest friends

      Cons

      - gross work culture - OHS hazards galore - HR nightmare - All concerns fell on deaf ears - Stores are run by casuals that get cut off from shifts at the drop of a hyat - nasty fight for sales to keep shifts and so much more
