* Biggest cons - No appreciation and No motivation at all for the work you do! * No proper management tree * No proper training given * No personal growth * Lack of communication between the teams * No career path defined even if you ask a number of times they will give you the same answer which does not answer your question. * They don't have a proper training mechanism to train you. You have to do and learn things by yourself. * This company is still a start-up so think before you join don't fall for high-range pay.
