Pros
The hybrid working system is the only thing that can be considered as their benefit as your transportation costs will be significantly lower. The flexibility working time is somehow manageable
Cons
The higher ups are mostly not coming from marketing/agency background but they will act like they know it better than everyone. If you are applying for managerial position, that's the end game already here nothing to be climbed in career ladder.
