Cons
- The Bangalore Office is a very unpleasant place to work. - There is no work-life balance. - Seniors expect you to work for longer hours. - They call you post-working hours for even minor things and would file a complaint to the senior management if you don't attend to their calls/messages by any chance. - They expect you to do multiple tasks simultaneously with the same rigour and speed. - Taking leaves is frowned upon. - The designers are damn moody. - Office politics tops the daily routine. - Your manager expects you to take your laptop and work from there even when you are on leave for personal reasons. Just FYI, they don't have a WFH policy, so either you come to the office and work or take a leave and then also work. - The seniors are very egoistic. - People lack empathy, they simply care about the business and getting the work done by hook or by crook. They don't care about the well-being of the employees.
