      - Great Food - Amazing overall compassion built into their food and expression of gratitude for their customers

      Cons

      - Horrible communication - Lack of training - No help if you may need it - Management cares about services they can “sell” not so much the behind the doors

      Pros

      It was fantastic at first. You got the impression that the company was a family and that everyone was very positive. Small company, and you knew everyone.

      Cons

      Not enough resources to complete your work, Minimal training, use your personal credit card for business expenses, drive your own vehicle, and even maintain contacts in the industry. People are hired and fired as often as shoes are changed. a short-term profession. Not in contact with the leadership. There ought to be channels of communication because it is a small company.
