I worked for this company for 6months and feel so sorry for everyone who has ever had to deal with this company and the CEO. I am pretty sure that all those positive reviews are coming from her either she asked current employers to write. She told us to do the same for FB page, app review etc. Initially I was very excited to work here because it seemed to be an great company that empower women and does charity ( not sure if the CEO really gives back because she doesn’t even pay to employer). She only knows how take - your time, your dedication and hard work that is why 90% of employers She promises to pay you but when you ask she find every reason to avoid a conversation or simply keep postponing. This is extremely disrespectful and unprofessional attitude. There is 0 opportunity and growth in this company. It is going nowhere and you won’t learn much because there are no high professionals with expertises in fashion you can tell by checking poorly created website and IG account , you will be mostly working with your peers that also have no experience.
