free weekly car wash, flexible hours, paid weekly. The main manager is super friendly

Cons

You work with mostly teenagers, and the customers in the Tuscaloosa location are rude as can be. People are always trying to steal things and have no idea how to use a garbage can. The owner Henry Nowlin is the most entitled rich jerk I've ever met who wants to spend no money to maintain the location.
