Pros

May get to travel to other countries but be prepared to be emotionally terrorised by the founder Honor Gunday, overworked and miserable after working at this company for a few weeks

Cons

I felt compelled to write this review after seeing a 5* review posted for this company yesterday which has obviously been written to try and save the company's reputation Within the short time I was at the company before I resigned every member of the team was either fired for unfair reasons or resigned on their own accord. It could write an essay on all the things wrong with this company. The CEO is a racist and dangerous man who think he knows everything about every single culture. It's criminal he is allowed to run a business and cultivated a work environment where we were depressed coming into work everyday and a fearful of who he would turn on next. Please don't consider any job offer from this company. I actually beg you.

Some colleagues are knowledgeable and professional, great opportunity to learn about the industry. Multicultural company and good international travel experience.

Cons

It takes a while to find out what the management's expectations are.

Pros

The company is really generous in providing training and exposure for you to learn about fintech - training sessions, coaching, local and international conferences and industry events.

Cons

Fast-paced and you have to manage working with teams in different countries and timezones, so you really need to manage your time well.
