enjoyed the variety of roles, meeting loads of different people, dealing with huge challenges, coping with crisis after crisis , planning strategies, making plans to overcome all the above , interacting with staff , interviewing and managing the staff , developing ideas and plans , meeting clients from CEOs to warehouse sweepers . laughter - fun - balanced with facing traumas and mad disappointments
