Pros

-competitive salary & remote work

Cons

Before accepting the job offer from this company, I have read some of the reviews here, and took them with a grain of salt. However, fast forward to my first week, and I found myself confronting the very issues that had been highlighted in those negative reviews. One glaring concern is the lack of clear organization and structure within the company. The onboarding process is virtually non-existent, providing no proper introduction to client works or an overview of the daily tasks. Instead, new employees are promptly assigned to projects without adequate guidelines, leading to confusion and a steep learning curve. A major drawback is the expectation to work overtime without compensation, averaging 2-4 extra hours daily. Project managers often log in 4 hours after the start of your shift, providing feedback mere hours before the end of the workday. This results in obligatory overtime due to the urgency of projects, leaving employees with limited personal time. The feedback mechanism further compounds the challenges. Constructive criticism is conspicuously absent, replaced by vague statements like "this is not working," lacking clear instructions for improvement. The habit of not summarizing feedback exacerbates the issue, with initial submissions receiving minor edits, only for subsequent revisions to unveil additional, unmentioned changes. Requesting a comprehensive summary for efficiency falls on deaf ears. While the prospect of 20 days off per year seems enticing, the reality is less appealing. National holidays are included in this count, and employees are compelled to work on holidays without extra compensation. Taking time off is a cumbersome process, as leaves are unlikely to be approved due to understaffing issues. In essence, what initially seemed like a promising benefits package is overshadowed by practical challenges that adversely impact work-life balance.

Pros

1. Work from home setup 2. Variety of clients to handle, Internationally

Cons

This company, while offering a competitive salary, isn’t worth that much. 1. Stressful work environment 2. No bonuses (even when working with them for many years) 3. No benefit at all (Health, Insurance, Equipments… etc) 4. No employee/collaborator appreciation (falls under no extra compensation while doing a lot of work and stress with the leads/managers) 5. Most of the time the salary is delayed
