      Pros

      - Dynamic, friendly and highly professional staff - Great emphasis on employee well-being - Considerably diverse group of co-workers - Dog-friendly - Open-plan offices

      Cons

      The only downside might relate to the nature of being a small firm ― there's always a lot of work to do, so many staff feel compelled to work late or on weekends to get it done. Nevertheless, this is always by choice.

      The pay was alright - that's it.

      Cons

      A bullying, toxic culture which comes from the top down. The CEO is awful, the way people are spoken to is disgusting.

      Pros

      Great pay & monetary incentives, fancy & clean offices, in-office perks (free weekly massages, accupuncture, reiki), full WFH setup, more high-tech compared to larger legacy insurance companies in London

      Cons

      Toxic & immature managers/executives, constant office politics/gossip, heavy monitoring of staff whereabouts (in-office / WFH days had to be logged every week), no accountability from managers (getting thrown under the bus)
