Very few that outweigh the other aspects to the company
Cons
I experienced an extremely high pressure and demanding workload. Management came across as sloppy and lacking the ability to control their emotions. The workplace felt toxic and uncomfortable as the CEO always seemed to appear and behave stressed and frustrated towards his staff. 12 people were hired and fired in the 38 staff office when I worked there.
