      1. Come to 'hear' about a lot of ML and DS topics 2. Business Intelligence part is good

      1. Not a place for statistician 2. Nothing leads to proper depth and completion 3. There is a huge lack in professional behaviour. 4. The max strength of the company is 10 and one will never understand the growth of the company.

      competitive pay in kolkata only

      Cons

      unrealistic deadlines. No discussion before giving estimates to clients!!! Second time for the same client and facing same issue...nobody listens!! Extremely poor management and managers do nothing. They just want to please clients by making us work overtime! Same thing happened in the last project for the same client.

      SDEs can quickly learn to be full-stack developer.

      Cons

      No professional behaviour, no timeliness, unfair practices on salary deduction and firing. They don’t care about statistics to implement algorithms.
