Pros
Having worked with FinchFactor twice throughout my career, I experienced the company as both a small Amsterdam-based team and a larger multi-location business. In each incarnation, the company has had a strong focus on personal growth, working across borders and doing career-defining work. It's an ambitious company but one with a heart and soul. We really work as a team and I can't say enough about how great my colleagues are. The management team has also recently expanded and a new CEO has been appointed - this has had a really positive impact on the company as a whole.
Cons
The company has grown quickly and experienced some growing pains along the way. It's to be expected, especially in such a competitive industry. I would say if you don't have an all-hands-on-deck mentality, then it probably isn't the place for you.
