Pros
Casual dress code, free office snacks
Cons
Management is a nightmare of broken promises, passive-aggressive behavior, and misplaced blame. Salaried employees are expected to work between 60 and 70 hours a week while being paid substantially less than they would earn at any of Find8's competitors. There is an environment of total distrust between employer and employees. The CEO and other founder are entirely unaware of the constant mismanagement in the day to day running of the operation due to their utter lack of involvement in the company. Projects are given with impossible deadlines and no parameters and anyone joining the organization is thrown into their role without any additional training, set expectations, or help from management. Find8's management will tell you literally anything you want to hear to get you to join, promising you raises and bonuses that never come, and they will work you to the bone without so much as acknowledging your effort. They maintain this environment through constant pressure and fear of being fired by reminding all employees repeatedly that Indiana allows them to terminate employment without any reason at all. In addition to their myriad of other offenses, Find8's pay is so far below the industry average it is laughable.
