      Pros

      Interesting projects, nice and intelligent coworkers.

      Cons

      Management is easily the worst part. Project Managers have no knowledge of the developers' domain. Consistently paid late and then insulted for bringing it up.

      Pros

      Everyone wanted to leave as soon as possible as the CEO and his family members were running a poor show. There is no professionalism.

      Cons

      1) Every now and then we had to listen to CEO bragging about himself. 2) No promises are kept by management. Only big talks no substance. 3) Salary is very low.

      Nothing to describe here really.

      1) No weekends 2) Repetitive work, nothing new to learn 3) People are leaving because of politics and bad environment. 4) Managers are not competent enough. 5) Personal growth is 0 6) Only promises are made but no one will fulfill them.
