      Some nice colleagues. Cool product

      Cons

      The codebase is in an awful state and no time is allocated to refactoring. People are frequently aggressive, no teamwork. Some smart team members were promised a raise, but they never got it and left, there is a huge staff turnover. Remote employees have lower salaries compared to ppl in the offices.
