      Pros

      My tenure at FireApps allowed me to learn a lot about the technical side of support and working on fast paced environment.

      Cons

      Micro management from the support managers which put too many unnecessary pressure and negative impact on self confidence and also regular unnecessary meetings. Compensation is also not great.
