Avoid like the plague. A venture capitalist company that didn't bother to follow Ofsted regulations when setting up their family assessment centre. Put families at risk with a lack of safeguarding, necessary training and staffing. Focused on shiny new apartments rather than actually learning how to keep families safe during their assessments. My time working here were an absolute shambles of no one really knowing what they were doing, relying on a vague sense of doing whatever they felt like when coming into work. Constantly blaming past managers for the poor practice, no one turning up for team meetings, blaming the families for not trying harder. You think they're in a court mandated assessment centre for the fun of it?
