Pros

When I think of some, I'll let you know.

Cons

Wannabe corporate small potatoes operation run by power hungry "mean girls", who, despite what they think of themselves, would be lucky to land entry-level mail room jobs in a real company. This top-heavy mom-and-pop joke pays terrible and treats it employees like indentured servants. They are autocratic and unscrupulous, and are too busy politicking to do anything constructive. EVERYONE thinks they are your supervisor. They engage in less than legal practices and scapegoat on low level employees who don't know any better when they get caught for doing so. They routinely read, fabricate, and delete employee emails. They install spy cameras and then lie to their employees telling them they are safety generator lights in case the power goes out. They bury you under impossible workloads and then fire you for making a mistake because really, they just didn't like you. It's a RIDICULOUS place to work. They seriously missed management 101. They want "yes girls" only to work there. They turn every suck up into a "supervisor" to placate them, and flog anyone with half a brain or sense of decency. They should all be ashamed. PS they are based in Buffalo - google "rudest cities in America" and see what comes up!

Work at your own risk

Pros

30 minute paid lunch. Employee Appreciation Day.

Cons

This company is very clickish. You will not advance if you are not best friends with someone in management. Higher ups are extremely rude at times, and nothing is really kept confidential in meetings. It's well known that managment discuss other employees with each other on a personal level. Couple that with a very absent owner, and you have all of the makings of a High School do over. Work at your own risk. The pay isn't even worth the headache.

Pros

Can’t really think of any besides my manager

Cons

I have been with the company for over 3 years and the last year has been horrible. I just witnessed 2 good managers after several years leave because of the EW manager. He comes in here once a month and no one likes him. He has no personality and expects everyone to bow down to him. When will someone realize he is the problem. Hopefully before the company folds. I am looking for a new job as are most of the employees that are actually still here. Stay away if you want a good place to work. No 401k match either
