Pros
Great hard-working team. When something was requested by the state, everyone jumped in to help and made sure it was at the state on time. Everyone was so knowledgeable. Leadership was great. I loved compliance and privacy. I had never worked in it before but after one month, I was audited by the state and we passed. This was the best job I ever had. I miss the people and compliance and privacy are really the career path I want.
Cons
I was scheduled to go down to Orlando to attend the HCCA seminar and take the test. I had attended the seminar once before but had not taken the test because of a meeting that was scheduled. When we were told that FCA had been sold, I was told that I could not attend. It's not really a con, it's more common sense.
