Pros

Company has a good name in the city and will benefit your CV. Decent pension (though obviously this is little help to saving to wards a deposit for a house or paying the mortgage)

Cons

If your employed as a client service executive the firm pays approx. 30% less than its peers in the same sector. A lack of flexibility with working structures. No collective voice that represents employees. e.g the pay rises for the last two years amount to only 0.95% per year Team leaders that have little or no personal skills and appear to be in the role to promote only themselves and not look after their teams. A high turnover of staff due to the above reasons mean an inexperienced workforce struggles to maintain consistency of information leading to an unhappy clientele and stressed employees.
