      Amazing pay structure: £90/free quote you book that gets attended that week. Great team of canvassers willing to train you from 0 experience!

      Cons

      Cheap products overpriced to rip off customers. Scare tactics to force people to buy. Harass customers. Worried about the profits, not fixing problems. High staff turnover. Everyone under paid and under valued. Bully techniques. Poor HR department.

      Pros

      excellent company to work for, have excellent product, service and aftercare. So good to able to show potential customers that there is an alternative and that they have a choice!. Top commission and incentives limited only by oneself. If you put the effort in, you will be very well rewarded and will not look back.

      Cons

      In all honesty I can't think of any, yes there is a bit of travelling, can be long hours and dealing with the general public can be a bit challenging occasionally!, but as in most things in life, the more you put in the more you get out!.Biggest regret, not joining this company years ago.
