Pros

Fantastic daily incentives. Management have no issues putting cash up to drive performance.

Cons

Unfortunately it's not a level playing field when it comes to incentives. "Closers" have an unfair advantage and they tend to be part of a clique with managers. Closers are the only ones making target and earning bonus. No "Sourcers" ever hit a target in my time there. Don't expect to receive one to ones or reviews, they don't exist. Training is limited to the same presentations being delivered between 8.30am & 9am every morning. No coaching or call listening. You can go a whole week without your team leader speaking to you. The only time you know how well or bad you are doing is when, one day at 5pm, they tell you you are no longer required. Very laddish culture and inappropriate talk, particularly if you are female. Team leaders & consultants regularly berated in front of all staff.

Beware of the dirty office politics (although it is a "virtual" workplace)!!!

Pros

Work from home/work remotely is probably the only 'pro' that can be listed. It is not again a very advantageous pro as this usually translates to having no work-life balance.

Cons

There are so many & I don't know where to begin... 1. The 'old' squad form a part of the top management. These people in the top management are there only because they could suck up to the VP/CEO/COO/former CEO. Not talented in anyway, they exploit the people working for them. 2. Office politics are so dirty here that anyone who joins is pulled into this game of perpetual muck. The incapable current VP/COO is aware of the happenings yet still chooses to turn a blind eye to it. 3. Lack of respect/value for the doctors who work there, by the top management, since the top management does not consist of doctors but of middlemen who just are not qualified enough to lead or inspire a team of doctors. 4. No job security. They try to make the doctors work day & night while the management seated in SF take their holidays & weekends etc & after all that, there is no job security since after 5 years the company is still a 'start up' & has no revenue generation. 5. The company was recently sold & there was a change in the CEO but not the upper management who went along with the sale. This further worsens job security & the financial cut backs which happen randomly whenever the current VP/COO is flayed by the CEO for spending beyond budget. 6. ZERO opportunities for promotion or moving up the career ladder since there are no positions which will ever be given to the doctors in the management based on their performance. However, yes, they do give out these positions to the doctors who have been here the longest or are able to suck up the most.

Pros

Reasonably good pay Good Colleagues

Cons

-Group of non- medicos (brainless) with no technical knowledge trying to manage doctors who are highly qualified in the field. - Top management has no clue of whats happening in the ground level and they think Indian Doctors are slaves and they will have to just abide to the decisions taken by them. - Absolutely, No work life balance - No gratitude or appreciation for loyalty or commitment - No labour laws - No Holidays - Lot of Bureaucracy/ Corporate attitude - Ship is headed sink in few months time. - No incentives/bonuses - No Job security - You can be fired with 2 hours notice Please think twice before you apply for this company.
