Pros

1) You get to work with really great kids 2) The work is meaningful. 3) Coworkers are all great. 4) You could get benefits. 5) There's some flexibility in scheduling. 6) As long as you don't need to worry about supporting yourself, the job itself is rewarding. This is a good job for someone that doesn't need money and wants to work this kids.

Cons

1) Poverty wages. Serving fast food or working at a grocery store pays slightly more per hour than working at Fit. 2) Employees are not paid for all of their hours worked. Many tasks are completed off the clock without pay. 3) Employees are not offered paid breaks as required by state law. 4) Benefits at x hours is misleading because employees complete hours of work, both scheduled and unscheduled, that does not count towards the total.

Pros

Great coworkers Friendly Work from home

Cons

Management is fake and shady. I was let go abruptly during a scheduled training session because I apparently didn't work fast enough. They used every little excuse they could to fire me like me asking about my timer or claiming I had bad session ergonomics. They claimed I didn't catch on when in every single session I was hitting pass. They encouraged me and told me I was doing a fantastic job only to lie and blindside me.
