Big company, and have an option to work from home 2 times a week.

Cons

People are arrogant and unfriendly in general. Workflow is very manual and messy. Project rollout without having enough UAT, and IT team likes to paint point to others. There is no org chart, no clear roles and responsibilities of each function/team. People work around the clock, no work life balance, that's why high turn over rate.

Much much less toxic than many other jobs I’ve had- overall people are friendly and kind which is refreshing Common sense prevails here more often than other places Definitely shifting towards higher functioning, they used to be “too nice to let under performers go” Low drama atmosphere - doesn’t seem like a place where jerks last long
