No clear direction or training, management gaslight you saying that they taught you something when in fact they did not . Systems are hard to navigate and when you seek help , they often refer to the "notion" page , rather then actual clear procedure training. "Notion" page is not updated which can cause confusion. Staff are burdened with clunky hard to navigate systems and often complain of being over worked and burnt out . They like to have people in a box that suits their "culture" in other words , don't speak up ever because you should know your place and stay in your little box where you nod and agree. If you are passionate or caring then you get mistreated. Just don't be different or quirky.
