      Provides Phone bills, Health insurance (only if you pass probation) Provides leaves (only after probation, during probation your leaves are unpaid Provides reimbursements ( for exact amount, NO rounding off)

      Cons

      No real metrics to gauge employee performance. No one knows what the management is working on. Absolutely zero help and expects you to figure out everything by yourself Clients are leaving because of pricing and you are blamed for poor help
