Pros
Consistent leads, stable growth, different departments work well with each other. All team members have the same vision in mind in terms of growing the company. Quality product and customer service to back up sales. Leadership has extensive industry knowledge which makes training and growing sales team more efficient.
Cons
No kitchen in the office at the moment , However we will be moving to a new office with a kitchen next month.

Pros
From my first day, I received excellent training. The Execs and my trainer made me feel supported and motivated! The CEO and COO do a great job of making you feel steady in the newness. My first month was above and beyond what I could have asked for. The people are welcoming, helpful, and work hard. Also it is worthy to mention that they provide premium healthcare options, which is pretty impressive for a new company.
Cons
If you want to work hard and support your team, you will thrive here. However, if you lack that vision, you won't get the fullness of the experience. Obviously, this applies wherever you work but especially at a startup. All for one and one for all!
