      Working with big name clients

      Cons

      - A lot of grumpy people who are very hard to work with. Rather than fixing these people everyone else is told "oh they are just difficult everyone has these issues" - Late night work with no thanks - Greenwashing - High pace and high stress

      Some good clients, some good colleagues to work with, 100% working from home

      Cons

      Toxic culture fostered by the management. This company is prone to bullying their own employees - which is pretty ironic considering they focus on sustainability reporting and ‘employees welfare’ is one of the priorities they should be very aware of. They don’t walk the talk. HR pretty much non existent/playing the management’s game. Employees leaving every week.
