Pros
Great CEO and senior management / HR team. Very interactive with staff and makes you feel valued. A role that gets you out and about. Not always 9-5 desk bound.
Cons
Work could be monotonous. Spend each day reaching out to try and secure meetings with travel agents etc that were reluctant to accept and those that did were rarely interested in the product or what you had to say. Senior sales could be unapproachable / downright scary. (Although a nice person out of the working environment) Poor pay, but working here is a doorway to the creature that is aviation. Ceiling in the company is reached quickly.
