Pros
Flipsystem gives you all the tools you need to be great. Coming in to this company, I didn't know what to expect. They were a start up...However, they give you a lot of autonomy. They want you to do your work and act as if this business is your business. They truly want you to feel a part of the family. This company is a leader in the industry and not only will you learn a lot about real estate and investing, but you will also develop life long skills to take with you.
The Martel's are stand up family. They have a heart of gold and want everyone to succeed. They always say "surround your self with people that are smarter than you" or better at certain things/ have different skills sets than you so you can continue to learn and grow. At Flipsystem they really invest back in the company and the talent. They have the best talent and executives to continue to grow this company in the right direction. The company culture here is unmatched. It is a bunch of young hungry individuals who are self starters, super motivated and have that sort of that drive and hunger. I love the culture here. The sales team is fun, hungry, and everyone truly feels like a team. In addition, the C exec's are all experts in their field and their knowledge shows in every company wide meeting we have. Some other great things that I appreciate here is that your commission is uncapped and you can work remote. I love to travel, so as long as I have wifi and do my job..... I can be anywhere I want. You certainly have to be very entrepreneurial with this company. I see this as a benefit because your productivity will determine your pay and success within the company. Those that do more get rewarded more. However, it can be very long hours.
Cons
-This is a start up. Things change quickly. So you have to be light on your feet, be adaptable and able to multi task.
-You eat what you kill. There is no base pay...everything is on you and your production. However, as you get promoted there are bases and salaries.
-You won't be "comfortable" here. You will constantly be pushing yourself to grow. No reoccurring business either as a sales rep which can be tough. Every month is a new start.
-They expect you to work long hours
