      Good pay but chaotic management and constant changes

      Pros

      they pay well, since noone would work here otherwise because of the ceo's toxic reputation, and for good reason. even then, the base salary is good but benefits suck.

      Cons

      my time there was a shitshow, constantly changing everything, and for no good reason! projects, people, team structure, everything. laying off people then realizing important accounts are on their name, then chasing after them. it felt like every week the management rolls a dice on what to change. if you need to take the job because you have no options, I recommend continue the job search while you're working here.

      Pros

      They pay above average for a vc port co. Of course, given that it's via paper money, it's still below any mid cash-flowing company.

      Cons

      Leadership on the product and eng side is laughably bad. Given the founder's toxic reputation, they definitely have issues recruiting top eng and product talent. The lack of vision, confusion, and low-iq behavior cascades through junior ranks, causing unnecessary stress on a team that is already only there because folks have no other options. Last point is important: this is no one's first, second, or third-choice company or job - desperation and sadness abounds.
